Here's a quick guide on how to report a repair on your PLDT Home internet without calling 171.
1. Open your Facebook and search for PLDT Home or you may click this LINK.
2. Click Message and send MENU
3. Click Report a Problem
4. Enter your area code and telephone number (ex. 0288888171)
5. Enter your 10-digit PLDT account number (ex. 0222233311)
6. Wait for your repair ticket number
How to follow up on existing repair ticket numbers?
1. Open your Facebook and search for PLDT Home or you may click this LINK.
2. Click Message and send MENU
3. Click Follow up and Choose Repair
4. Then wait for the details to be sent via chat or wait for the available Agent.
